If you have not submitted your application, you can update your form with your most recent MyLocker data by clicking 'Load from MyLocker' under each section you wish to update.
Why do I have to select 'ready to transfer' in MyLocker?
If you do not tick 'Ready to transfer' you will not be able to transfer data into an application form.
MyLocker has been developed in this way to try to prevent you from transferring incomplete or blank fields into your application form as this would overwrite any existing information you had entered into an application form.
You can check what sections of your locker are complete by clicking on 'Data Status'. Sections with a green bullet point are ready to transfer, those in red are not finalised and will not be transferred.
Can I load data for all sections of an application form from MyLocker at once?
No, MyLocker only allows data transfer into one section at a time. This is to ensure that you check information transferred from MyLocker thoroughly to ensure it is up to date. This reduces the risk of submitting out of date information.
It is your responsibility to check that all of the information you transfer from MyLocker is accurate and up-to-date. Requests to amend submitted applications as a result of out of date MyLocker transfers will not be viewed favourably.
What happens if I click 'Load from MyLocker' below a section on the application form where I have already entered data?
If you have entered information into a section and then attempt to 'Load from MyLocker' the data you originally entered will be replaced with the data stored centrally by MyLocker.
on the home page, once you have registered.
