SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION

Apply4Law is interested in developing a community of users. In fact the best support comes from others doing the same job as you! We host annual User Forums where all of our clients can come together to discuss their experiences using the system. This is a great opportunity to drive the devlopment of the system and pick up tips on best practice. It is a great opportunity to hear about other recruiters experiences and it is a model we build on and develop as each session passes.

At Apply4Law we welcome new ideas and relish the opportunity to meet the demands of our clients. User feedback is positively encouraged and central to the ongoing development of the system. We have implemented the following support and communication methods to ensure that you get the most out of your system.

Support

  •  A dedicated team leads you through the design, development, implementation process and beyond.
  • Front-line support channels ensure a swift response to your query.
  • Example scenarios take you through typical tasks step by step.
  • Useful help and FAQ pages guide candidates through the form.

Communication

  • Regular email newsletters keep clients informed of the latest system news, options and upgrades.
  • Individual system reviews are available throughout the year on request.
  • A dedicated support email address for candidates ensures that you only ever need to be contacted about issues that require firm discretion or decision.

Perhaps you have a good idea about how we could support our clients better. As you may have guessed, we would be delighted to hear about it!

Apply4Law is a really simple and efficient way to apply for training contracts. It allows you to write your application in stages, so you can go away and think about what to write to some of those tricky questions that may get thrown in and come back to it at a later stage.

It’s pretty straightforward: you can save it and look back at it - and there’s no way of them not being able to read your handwriting. And you get a receipt when you’ve submitted it, which you wouldn’t get if you posted it.

The Apply4Law system is so easy to use. You can also complete your application in stages, which means you can take your time and get it just right.
